Jose Boswinga is set to make a quick return to football after being released by Chelsea just last week. The Daily Mail are reporting that the defender is to be offered a three year deal in the region of £100,000 per week by Serie A league winners Juventus, with local rivals Torino also keen on the defender.
The Portuguese international featured heavily in the last few months for Chelsea, including collecting a medal for his role in the Champions League final. The 29-year-old played 118 games in his four years at the club, scoring 6 times. Famous for his attacking style of play questions have been raised about his role as a defender. Juventus are looking to strengthen their side that went 38 games unbeaten last season.
