Dortmund have completed the signing of Manchester United’s Adnan Januzaj on a season long loan. The move will re-united Januzaj with former Manchester United teammate Shinji Kagawa, who is currently at the Westfalenstadion.
Januzaj has three years left on his current deal with Manchester United. The arrival of Januzaj is set to allow Jakub Blaszczykowski and Kevin Grosskreutz moves away from Dortmund.

Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp has announced in a presser today (April 15, 2015) that he will be leaving the club at the end of the current 2014/15 season. Klopp has been at the Westfalenstadion for the last seven years and turned them into a squad capable of challenging Bayern in the Bundesliga and the best of Europe in the Champions League.
However this season has been poor for Klopp, with Dortmund struggling in mid table, and already out of the Champions League. He has said that the “time is right for a new Dortmund manager” Continue reading “Jurgen Klopp leaves Dortmund- Klopp announces BVB exit”
French international Marvin Martin has alerted Arsenal and Tottenham by admitting he wants to leave Ligue 1 side Sochaux this summer. The Daily Mail have quotes from an interview that Martin gave to France Football in which he says that he is ready to ‘play overseas’ but concedes a deal may not be done until after the Euros.
There had already been reports of contact from Arsenal for the player but nothing substantial had come to fruition. However, with these comments it is likely that talks will now take a more positive step. The North London pair will have to act quickly if they want to get the midfielder’s signature as a host of European clubs such as Valencia and Borussia Dortmund are vying to sign him.
Shinji Kagawa has confirmed he has held talks with Manchester United in the UK this week after speculation intensified last week.
Sir Alex Ferguson was in attendance at the German cup final between Bayern Munich and Kagawa’s Borussia Dortmund. Kagawa was a goal scorer in a 5-2 victory for Dortmund to top off an impressive campaign for the German champions.
According to reports, notably the Daily Telegraph, Kagawa has confirmed he has met with the Red Devils supremo: ‘It was good that I was able to meet him in person and talk, I want to think hard before making my decision’.
Dortmund chief Jurgen Klopp has apparently come to terms that, with 12 months of his contract remaining, it may be difficult to convince the 23 year old Japanese international his career would be best served with the Bundesliga club.
Kagawa has been selected for international duty when Japan take on Azerbaijan later this month.
