QPR sign Man Utd midfielder Park

Queens Park Rangers have completed the signing of Manchester United midfielder Park Ji-Sung, taking the South Korea international to Loftus Road for a fee of £5m, the BBC has reported.

Park had a year remaining on his contract at Old Trafford, having signed an extension last summer, but has been allowed by Sir Alex Ferguson to move on to pastures new. Park will also see a familiar face at QPR as the club have already signed Fabio da Silva on loan from Man Utd.

The 31-year-old made 133 Premier League appearances for United, scoring 19 goals, and won the league title four times and the Champions League once in his seven years at the club.
